There are several options available for sponsoring a Tetra Tech training program. We will work with you to see that your training needs are met or exceeded with the financial and other resources you have on hand. There are several points to consider that can greatly affect the cost of a training workshop. We recommend that you consider the following before contacting us about your training needs:
Examples of Training Sponsorship Options
- Your staff members attend training sponsored by another organization: Minimal to no cost
Your staff show up and attend a previously scheduled Tetra Tech training program sponsored by another organization. Tetra Tech or the other organization provides all necessary support.
- Short course or workshop with in-house support and minimal customization: Low cost
Your organization is already planning a workshop or meeting and you want Tetra Tech to provide a half-day or full-day workshop on a subject that will not need to be customized for your organization. Your organization is responsible for all logistics, facilities, copying, material preparation, and amenities. One Tetra Tech expert conducts the workshop with material that has been developed for other, similar workshops. Costs include travel expenses and minimal labor time.
- Two day course, in-house support, minimal customization: Low to medium cost
Your organization provides the facility and all AV equipment, assists with promotion and development of mailing list and agenda, and provides onsite support. Tetra Tech develops minimal revisions to existing workshop materials, prepares and copies course materials, and delivers all sessions.
- One-week course, Tetra Tech makes arrangements and customizes course material: Medium to higher cost
Tetra Tech works with your organization to develop a technical training program tailored to your unique conditions or situation. Some new course material is prepared. National experts outside of Tetra Tech are contracted to conduct presentations. Field trips and food/beverages for breaks are handled by Tetra Tech.
